The Two Headed Dog Tour is in many ways a homecoming as well as a reunion. Andy Lohner (guitar and vocals) roamed the clubs of Austria with his Graz bands Crimson Tide and Ira Hayes before moving to London and later to Finland, where Ocala Ray was founded. Riku Pirttiniemi (bass and vocals) has visited many of the cities with his legendary Finnish neo-psychedelic rock band Death Hawks on their European tours. With Simo Saneri behind the drums, the circle is complete, “back on the road for some rock’n’roll music!”
In tow is none other than Ether Eye, the “Wonder Child” of Teemu Markkula. Longtime friend and founding member (lead singer and songwriter) of Death Hawks & guitarist of psych-rock band Seremonia. Ether Eye offers a show with melodic songs and visual treats. “A golden boy serenades during a haunted ceremony”. Songs in raw acoustic nature, with pulsating electronic sound waves.
