In a concentrated week from July 15 – 19, 2025, artists from Finland, Italy, Taiwan, Germany, Great Britain, Austria, the Philippines, Hungary, Georgia and Belgium will compete in the vokal.total International A Cappella Competition. The coveted Ward Swingle Awards are up for grabs, along with many new friendships. For interested choir singers, there will be a varied workshop program on singing, voice training and other musical topics. …
Choral singing has changed. There are more and more choirs using microphones not out of necessity, but for artistic reasons. New ways of singing have quickly revolutionized the choral world and are impressive to listen to.
