For telephone orders, you can reach us on +43 316 8000. Please note that payment by credit or debit card is required for telephone purchases.<\/p>\n

\n <\/a>\n <\/h3>\n \n \nYou need a customer account<\/a> to purchase tickets in the online store. If you do not yet have one, you can simply register in the Ticketzentrum.at online store using the login icon with your e-mail address.<\/p>\n
If you already have a customer account, you can log in with your access data for every subsequent purchase.<\/p>\n
If you have forgotten your password, click on \u201cFORGOT YOUR PASSWORD OR REQUEST A NEW ONE?\u201d in the login area<\/a>. You will then receive an e-mail with instructions on how to recover your password.<\/p>\n

\n <\/a>\n <\/h3>\n \n \nIf you are already a customer and have forgotten your password, simply click on \u201cFORGOT YOUR PASSWORD OR REQUEST A NEW ONE?\u201d in the login area<\/a>. You will then receive an e-mail with all the information you need to reset your password.<\/p>\n

2. Shopping cart

3. Start check-out

8. Select payment method

9. Confirmation & tickets

\n<\/strong>After purchasing, you can conveniently download your tickets in your customer account. You can print out the tickets or show the QR code directly on your smartphone at the entrance.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Pick-up at box office
\n<\/strong>Tickets can be picked up at the box office of the respective venue. Alternatively, you can collect your tickets in advance at any time from the Ticketzentrum Graz (Kaiser-Josef-Platz 10).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
tixzentrum App
\n<\/strong>Save your tickets in the tixzentrum app and show them directly on your smartphone at the entrance. Further information on the app can be found below.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Post delivery Austria\/EU
\n<\/strong>Your tickets will be sent by registered post:<\/p>\n- \n
- Austria: plus \u20ac 6.- shipping costs<\/li>\n

Shipping takes place up to 10 working days before the event and usually takes 3 to 5 working days.<\/p>\n

Pick-up exclusively at the Ticketzentrum
\n<\/strong>In some cases, pick-up is only possible at the Ticketzentrum Graz. In these cases, tickets unfortunately cannot be deposited at the box office.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

You can find your current tickets in your customer account<\/a> under \u201cYour visit\u201d in the \u201cTickets, Vouchers and Memberships\u201d section. If you have selected print@home tickets, you can download them directly from there.<\/p>\n

- Click on the “Buy now”<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
- In the “Summary”<\/strong> step, you will find the field for entering your voucher code (online code) under “Vouchers”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Enter your voucher code there and confirm with “OK”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Due to a system change, vouchers purchased before June 3, 2024<\/strong> cannot be redeemed directly in the webshop<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
To use the value of your voucher, you have two options:<\/p>\n

- Visit us in person at the Ticketzentrum, where we will redeem the voucher for you.<\/li>\n
- Alternatively, you can send a photo or a scan of the voucher by email to tickets@ticketzentrum.at.\u00a0We will then transfer the value to your personal customer account, allowing you to make purchases conveniently online.
Please ensure that the ticket numbers and barcodes are clearly legible in the image.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/p>\n
Kulturschecks<\/h5>\n
Please note that Kulturschecks cannot be redeemed online<\/strong>. They can only be used in person at the Ticketzentrum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Vouchers that are linked to a specific venue (e.g. Opera, Schauspielhaus or Next Liberty Jugendtheater) cannot be redeemed online<\/strong> either. They can only be redeemed on site at the Ticketzentrum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n <\/li>\n

\n \n How do I redeem a promotional code?<\/span>\n
\n <\/a>\n <\/h3>\n \n \nTo use a promotion code, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n

- Select a performance:<\/strong> Pick the event you would like to attend.<\/li>\n
- Enter promotion code:<\/strong> Enter your code in the “Promotion code”<\/strong> field at the top right next to the seating plan and confirm.<\/li>\n
- Display promotion:<\/strong> The associated promotion or discount will be displayed. Then click on “Buy”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Check available performances:<\/strong> You will be shown all available performances. Promotional performances are marked with “Promotion”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Select seats:<\/strong> Click on “Choose the seats”<\/strong> for the desired performance, select the seats and add them to the shopping cart.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

\n <\/a>\n <\/h3>\n \n \nAs a B\u00fchnen Graz Card holder, the card is stored in your customer account and the exclusive B\u00fchnen Graz Card tariff is activated for you.<\/p>\n
How to redeem the discount online:<\/strong><\/p>\n

- Once you have selected your seats, you will find a dropdown menu to the right of the seating plan, where \u201cFull price\u201d is selected by default. Open the dropdown menu and select the \u201cB\u00fchnen Graz Card\u201d option in the tariff selection.<\/li>\n
- A maximum of two tickets with the discount can be booked per performance.<\/li>\n
- For additional tickets, please select another available tariff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
