– Biography –
Anna-Sophie is the best example of the fact that English-language music doesn’t always have to be international, but can also come from Kitzeck/Sausal in southern Styria. She is one of Austria’s most-played artists on the radio and, with more than 20 million streams on Spotify & Co, it is impossible to imagine the charts without her.
The young artist made her breakthrough in 2020 with her remake of “Cambodia” (Kim Wilde), which was followed by further hits such as “Attack Without Warning”, “Insanity” and “Breathe”.
Her debut album “Farewell” was released in October 2023. The songs tell of the different phases in her life. Her sound is characterized by catchy melodies, with lyrics that are immediately memorable, all songs reflect her personal experiences and tell stories from her life that the artist herself can identify with.
The pop-rock masterpiece thrilled fans across borders and was recognized by Spotify France in the renowned “Nouveautés Pop” playlist alongside Olivia Rodrigo and Ed Sheeran, among others.
Anna-Sophie also successfully played her first live tour of Austria with her band in spring 2024.
