Ticketzentrum.at is the online store of art + event | Theaterservice Graz GmbH, which offers tickets for all performances of Bühnen Graz (Oper Graz, Schauspielhaus Graz, Next Liberty Kinder- und Jugendtheater, Orpheum, Dom im Berg, Schloßbergbühne Kasematten) and numerous other events in Austria.
You can buy your tickets in person at the Ticketzentrum Graz at Kaiser-Josef-Platz 10, 8010 Graz or in the foyer of the Schauspielhaus Graz at Hofgasse 11, 8010 Graz.
For telephone orders, you can reach us on +43 316 8000. Please note that payment by credit or debit card is required for telephone purchases.
You can also buy tickets around the clock in our online store at www.ticketzentrum.at.

You need a customer account to purchase tickets in the online store. If you do not yet have one, you can simply register in the Ticketzentrum.at online store using the login icon with your e-mail address.
If you already have a customer account, you can log in with your access data for every subsequent purchase.
If you have forgotten your password, click on “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD OR REQUEST A NEW ONE?” in the login area. You will then receive an e-mail with instructions on how to recover your password.
What can my customer account do?
Use Print@Home tickets directly from your customer account.
Keep track of your customer balance and outstanding voucher amounts.
Overview of your ticket purchases and past orders.
Print or personalize tickets.
Edit your data to keep up to date with changes, cancellations or postponements.
If you are already a customer and have forgotten your password, simply click on “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD OR REQUEST A NEW ONE?” in the login area. You will then receive an e-mail with all the information you need to reset your password.
Please note that we have a new webshop since June 2024. If you have not yet logged in to the new store, you will need to set a new password once. To do this, also click on “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD OR REQUEST A NEW ONE?”.
Use the search function or the event view with the integrated filter options to find your desired event. Select your seats and the appropriate tariff at the bottom of the overview page.
2. Shopping cart
Add your desired seats to the shopping cart by clicking on “ADD TO CART”. If you would like to add more tickets, select “CONTINUE SHOPPING”.
3. Start check-out
When your selection is complete, click on “BUY NOW” to continue the order process.
4. Login or registration
Log in with your access data or create a new customer account.
5. Select delivery method
Select the desired delivery method.
6. Order overview
Check all details in the summary. Here you can also redeem voucher codes or use your customer credit.
7. Accept terms and conditions & proceed to checkout
Confirm the terms and conditions and click “PROCEED TO PAYMENT”.
8. Select payment method
Select your preferred payment method and follow the instructions on the screen. After the final confirmation, your ticket purchase is complete.
9. Confirmation & tickets
After successful booking you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If the e-mail does not arrive within 15 minutes, please check your SPAM folder.
Important notes:
A maximum of 10 tickets per online purchase is possible.
Your selected seats remain reserved for 30 minutes. If the booking is not completed or “Cancel” is selected, the tickets are automatically released.
At Ticketzentrum Graz we offer you various payment methods so that you can pay for your tickets conveniently and securely. You can choose from the following:
Credit or debit card: We accept Mastercard, Visa and Diners.
Klarna: Payment by direct debit or instant bank transfer.
eps instant bank transfer: For customers* with an Austrian bank account.
Google Pay and Apple Pay: Fast and secure payments via your smartphone or other supported devices.
We offer various options for receiving your tickets. The choice of delivery method depends on the type of order, the event and the order date.
print@home
After purchasing, you can conveniently download your tickets in your customer account. You can print out the tickets or show the QR code directly on your smartphone at the entrance.
Pick-up at box office
Tickets can be picked up at the box office of the respective venue. Alternatively, you can collect your tickets in advance at any time from the Ticketzentrum Graz (Kaiser-Josef-Platz 10).
tixzentrum App
Save your tickets in the tixzentrum app and show them directly on your smartphone at the entrance. Further information on the app can be found below.
Post delivery Austria/EU
Your tickets will be sent by registered post:
Austria: plus € 5.- shipping costs
EU: plus € 9.- shipping costs
Shipping takes place up to 10 working days before the event and usually takes 3 to 5 working days.
Pick-up exclusively at the Ticketzentrum
In some cases, pick-up is only possible at the Ticketzentrum Graz. In these cases, tickets unfortunately cannot be deposited at the box office.
Important notes:
Not all shipping methods are available for every order or event.
The selection options depend on the order date.
For last-minute bookings, we recommend print@home or using the tixzentrum app to ansure that you receive your tickets on time.
After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with your invoice and all relevant information on the selected shipping method.
You can find your current tickets in your customer account under “Your visit” in the “Tickets, Vouchers and Memberships” section. If you have selected print@home tickets, you can download them directly from there.
You can view past orders at any time in the “Order history” section.
To redeem your Bühnen-Graz voucher online, please proceed as follows:
Select tickets and open the shopping cart.
Click on the “Buy now” button.
In the “Summary” step, you will find the field for entering your voucher code (online code) under “Vouchers”.
Enter your voucher code there and confirm with “OK”.
Important notes:
If the voucher value is higher than the purchase amount, the remaining amount will be credited to your customer account and can be used for a future purchase. A message will appear and you must confirm the redemption by clicking on “Redeem voucher”.
If the purchase amount is higher than the voucher value, select your payment method for the remaining amount in the next step.
Bühnen-Graz vouchers purchased before June 3, 2024
Due to a system change, vouchers purchased before June 3, 2024cannot be redeemed directly in the webshop.
To use the value of your voucher, you have two options:
Visit us in person at the Ticketzentrum, where we will redeem the voucher for you.
Alternatively, you can send the voucher by e-mail to tickets@ticketzentrum.at. We will then transfer the value to your personal customer account so that you can make purchases conveniently online.
Kulturschecks
Please note that Kulturschecks cannot be redeemed online. They can only be used in person at the Ticketzentrum.
Vouchers that are linked to a specific venue
Vouchers that are linked to a specific venue (e.g. Opera, Schauspielhaus or Next Liberty Jugendtheater) cannot be redeemed online either. They can only be redeemed on site at the Ticketzentrum.

We will be happy to inform you about the conditions for school and group bookings as well as possible discounts.
When selecting your seats, you can choose an available discount for each individual seat. These can be found in the “Tariff” drop-down menu next to the seating plan.
Please note:
Discounts vary depending on the performance and availability.
Discounts with compulsory ID (e.g. for students or people with disabilities) require valid proof (student ID, disabled ID, etc.) to be presented on entry.
The available discounts will be displayed during the booking process.
The Bühnen Graz Card is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. When you purchase the card, it is automatically added to your own customer account.
If you would like to give the Bühnen Graz Card as a gift, you can purchase a gift card for the Bühnen Graz Card. This is only available at the Ticketzentrum Graz. The recipient can then exchange the gift card for a personal Bühnen Graz Card.
With a Bühnen Graz Ticket you also receive a free ticket for all Styrian public transport within the Verkehrsverbund Steiermark (Styrian Transport Association). Excluded are bus line 311 (Graz-Vienna) and the Schloßberglift in Graz. The promotion is valid on the day of the respective event in the period 3 hours before and 7 hours after the start of the performance.
Hardcopy tickets (tickets printed out at the Ticketzentrum or sent by post) can be used directly as a ticket.
Holders of digital tickets (tixzentrum App or print@home) will also receive a “Freie Fahrt”-QR code via email, which must be presented together with the digital ticket.
You will receive the QR code
within two hours of your online ticket purchase and
again two days before the event (please also check your SPAM folder).
Important notes:
For technical reasons, the transmission of the “Freie Fahrt”-QR codes can only be guaranteed if the ticket purchase is made at least 4 hours before the start of the performance.
If you have chosen to collect your ticket at the box office, you can only use the “Freie Fahrt” offer for the journey home.
Please note that the “Freie Fahrt” only applies to performances in the Bühnen Graz venues (Oper Graz, Schauspielhaus Graz, Next Liberty, Orpheum Graz, Dom im Berg and Schlossbergbühne Kasematten). Individual events may be excluded.
To be able to manage the tickets you purchased via “tixzentrum app”-shipping method, please log in to the application with your user account. If you have not yet created a user account, please do so first.
You can then log in to the app. A one-time activation code will be sent to you via e-mail. You will then remain logged into the app until you actively log out of the app.
STEP 3 – your tickets
If you have purchased tickets with the “tixzentrum app” shipping method, you will see them under “My tickets” in the app. You can now personalize your tickets, forward them and of course use them as a digital and completely forgery-proof admission ticket.
Tickets can only be purchased via our online store and not via the tixzentrum app. The app is used to manage your tickets and as a digital admission ticket.
The QR code required for admission to the event at the top of the ticket will only be activated on the day of the event, 6 hours prior to the starting time. Only then can it be scanned/checked at the entrance.
When downloading and installing the app, you will be asked for permission to access your contacts. Permission to access your contacts allows you to use all the functions of the ticket app more conveniently. The access permission can be changed afterwards via the settings in the ticket app.
