Our FAQ – the most frequently asked questions and answers
Ticketzentrum.at is the online store of art + event | Theaterservice Graz GmbH, which offers tickets for all performances of Bühnen Graz (Oper Graz, Schauspielhaus Graz, Next Liberty Kinder- und Jugendtheater, Orpheum, Dom im Berg, Schloßbergbühne Kasematten) and numerous other events in Austria.
Your tickets can be purchased at our ticket center at Kaiser-Josef-Platz 10, at Schauspielhaus Graz or in at our online store. You can find all information about our locations HERE.
If you are already a customer with us and have forgotten your password, all you have to do is click on “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD OR REQUEST A NEW ONE” in the login area. You will then receive an e-mail with all further information.
Select your desired event either via the search bar or via the event view and the integrated filter options. At the bottom of the overview page, you can select your preferred seats directly. Your selected seats will now be displayed below the seat map.
You can then add your desired seats to the shopping cart.
After clicking on “ADD TO CART”, you will be automatically redirected to the checkout page. There you may have to log in or create a new customer account.
If you are already satisfied with your selection, you can start the payment process by clicking on “BUY NOW”. If you would like to add more tickets to your shopping cart, please click on “CONTINUE SHOPPING”.
If you have clicked on “BUY NOW”, you cmay now select the shipping method.
Once you have selected the right shipping method for you, you will be taken to the “Summary”. There you can check once again that your order is correct and apply voucher codes or your customer credit.
To purchase tickets through our online store, you need a customer account. If you do not yet have a customer account, you can register in the Ticketzentrum.at online store using the login icon with your e-mail address.
If you already have a customer account for Ticketzentrum.at online store, you may use your login details to log in again for each subsequent purchase.
If you already have a customer account but no longer know your password, click on “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD OR REQUEST A NEW ONE” in the login area. You will then receive an e-mail with all further information.
WHAT CAN I USE MY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT FOR?
The following functions are available to you:
Use your print@home tickets directly from your customer account
Take advantage of special offers and promotions – exclusively for you!
Keep track of your customer credit and outstanding voucher amounts
Print or personalize your tickets
Edit your data to stay up-to-date in the event of changes, cancellations or postponements.
After your purchase, you can view your tickets in your customer account. You can also download your tickets in the e-mail that you received automatically.
The following shipping methods are available to you when purchasing your tickets through our online store:
TIXZENTRUM APP
Download your tickets directly and securely to the tixzentrum app on your smartphone. You can find more information about the tixzentrum app HERE.
PRINT@HOME
You will receive your ticket(s) as a pdf. to print@home. Furthermore you can also use your customer account to print your tickets in or download them directly from the e-mail you recieved after a succesful purchase.
PICK UP AT THE (EVENING) BOX OFFICE
You will receive a confirmation of purchase, which you can either redeem directly at the Ticket Center during opening hours or at the box office of the respective performance until shortly before the performance begins.
DOMESTIC MAIL
plus shipping (domestic € 5.- / international € 9.-) up to 10 days before the respective performance date. Your tickets will be sent to you via registered mail.
Not all shipping methods are available to all shows and events.
We offer the following payment methods during checkout:
Credit card (Mastercard, VISA, DinersClub)
Google Pay & Apple Pay
Instant bank transfer or eps-online transfer (only possible if you posess a netbanking access)
Please select your desired payment method and follow the on-screen instructions. Your ticket purchase is completed with the final confirmation of the respective payment option. You will receive confirmation of your purchase via e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation within 15 minutes, please also check the SPAM folder in your e-mail inbox.
Please note:
A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased for each online purchase. As soon as you have selected your desired seats, they will remain reserved for 30 minutes. If you do not complete the booking during this time or select “Cancel”, the tickets will be automatically deleted/released again.
When selecting your seats, you can choose a discount for each individual seat. Please make sure that you carry your ID with you when you purchased ticket requires an ID. This applies in particular to discounts for students, people with disabilities, etc.
During your checkout process, you can also redeem valid voucher codes in the “SUMMARY” section.
With a Bühnen Graz Ticket you also receive a free ticket for all Styrian public transport within the Styrian Transport Association. Excluded are bus line 311 (Graz-Vienna) and the Schloßberglift in Graz. The promotion is valid on the day of the respective event in the period 3 hours before and 7 hours after the start of the performance.
Hardcopy tickets (tickets printed out at the ticket center or sent by post) can be used directly as a ticket. Holders of digital tickets (Tixzentrum app or Print@Home) will also receive a “Freie Fahrt”-QR code via email, which must be presented together with the digital ticket.
You will receive the QR code
within two hours of your online ticket purchase and
again two days before the event (please also check your SPAM folder).
Important: For technical reasons, the transmission of the “Freie Fahrt”-QR codes can only be guaranteed if the ticket purchase is made at least 4 hours before the start of the performance.
Please note that the “Freie Fahrt”only applies to performances in the Bühnen Graz theaters (Oper Graz, Schauspielhaus Graz, Next Liberty, Orpheum Graz, Dom im Berg and Schlossbergbühne Kasematten). Individual events may be excluded.
To be able to manage the tickets you purchased via “tixzentrum app”-shipping method, please log in to the application with your user account. If you have not yet created a user account, please do so first.
You can then log in to the app. A one-time activation code will be sent to you via e-mail. You will then remain logged into the app until you actively log out of the app.
STEP 3 – your tickets
If you have purchased tickets with the “tixzentrum app” shipping method, you will see them under “My tickets” in the app. You can now personalize your tickets, forward them and of course use them as a digital and completely forgery-proof admission ticket.
Tickets can only be purchased via our online store and not via the tixzentrum app. The app is used to manage your tickets and as a digital admission ticket.
The QR code required for admission to the event at the top of the ticket will only be activated on the day of the event, 6 hours prior to the starting time. Only then can it be scanned/checked at the entrance.
When downloading and installing the app, you will be asked for permission to access your contacts. Permission to access your contacts allows you to use all the functions of the ticket app more conveniently. The access permission can be changed afterwards via the settings in the ticket app.
