It has almost become a tradition that the multicultural women’s choir SoSamma invites you to a “Christmas concert with a difference” during the festive season. This year, too, the focus is on diversity and togetherness. Around 60 female voices take the audience on a musical journey around the world – with folk songs from the Balkans, well-known pop songs, melodies from India and rhythms from Africa. This time there is a somewhat longer stay in Latin America: this not only brings new sounds – including Cuban rhythms – but also movement to the stage! …
SoSamma has been an integral part of the choir scene in Graz for over 20 years. Under the direction of singer Vesna Petković, who was awarded the Graz Women’s Prize for her commitment, the choir has developed into a lively association that promotes cultural encounters and musical diversity.
This year, the singers will once again be accompanied by musicians Werner Radzik, Sašenko Prolić, Vladimir Vesić and Bernhard Wimmer.

Founded in 2018 by Danica Radulović, the salsa show group from Graz brings together dancers from all over the world and wows audiences with its captivating choreographies on national and international stages.
