Peggy March: "Mein Leben, meine Lieder"
Peggy March: "Mein Leben, meine Lieder"
Information
Musical reading with the greatest hits
Pop star Peggy March talks openly, touchingly and humorously about her autobiography. For example, how she experienced her breakthrough as a 15-year-old with the worldwide hit “I Will Follow Him” in 1963. And how, years later, she deliberately turned it into “I Will Follow Me” for herself. And began to “be myself”. Personal anecdotes provide an insight into her private life in the USA and Europe and her collaboration with numerous artists who have accompanied her along the way: Judy Garland, Liza Minnelli, Caterina Valente, the Beatles, Mary Roos, Peter Kraus, Costa Cordalis, Rex Gildo or Udo Jürgens.
Peggy March also has her best-known hits in her luggage and sings “Mit 17 hat man noch Träume” or “Memories of Heidelberg”.
In addition, songs from the new album “Man ist nie zu alt für Träume”. The artist will be accompanied by Kim Bauer on the keyboard.
After the program, Peggy March will take plenty of time for a book signing.
